Health insurance recognition is planned for 2025, currently I am not recognised by any health insurance company.

Clothing & treatment
Wear washable and comfortable clothes or take them with you. The treatments are carried out with oil. This is rubbed off, but there is always residue on the skin, which may transfer to clothing.

Nutrition
Eat as light a diet as possible on the day of the treatment (no raw food and no animal proteins) and make sure that you have eaten something approx. 60 minutes before the start of the treatment or are still well nourished from a main meal.

Use of oil during the treatment
High-quality, undiluted, classic Ayurvedic oils of the best quality from Rosenberg Ayurveda and Midgard Kalari are used for the treatments.

Cancellation of agreed treatment appointments
If you are unable to attend to an agreed treatment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you very much!

Payment

Payment can be made in cash or by payment slip.
